In advance of the season three premiere on March 15, Jeni’s Ice Cream is releasing a new “Biscuits With The Boss” ice cream flavor collab. Combining buttery sweet cream ice cream with the crumbs of Coach Lasso’s beloved shortbread biscuits, this flavor (much like the show) strikes the perfect balance of warming sweetness and salty bite.

Starting on March 2, “Biscuits With The Boss” will be sold at Jeni’s scoop shops, online for nationwide shipping, and via the Jeni’s app for pickup and delivery. If you don’t want to wait until then, you’re likely only a few ingredients away from whipping up an equally delicious homemade rendition of “Biscuits With The Boss.”

To start, bake Ted’s biscuits yourself. (He does it everyday, we could all do it at least once.) Once the biscuits are baked, first practice self control by not eating them all at once—or don’t, we won’t judge. Then crush a few of the biscuits into bite-size chunks. Finally, make this brown butter ice cream, swapping the pecans with your biscuit crumbs.

Of course, if you don’t want to make the biscuits or ice cream from scratch, store-made options will work just fine. Combining shortbread cookies with sweet cream ice cream will never not be enjoyable. Regardless, when it comes to ice cream (or any food for that matter), we heed Ted’s advice from his infamous dart game: “Be curious, not judgemental.”
