Powdered Peanut Butter

You read it right. The folks at PB2 have come up with a powdery substance that can be reconstituted into peanut butter with a few spoonfuls of water. It’s called “PB2,” and it contains 85% less fat calories than its fully constituted cousin.

Though the powder is a byproduct of the peanut oil extraction and therefore completely natural, we’re having trouble understanding the problem with the original version. Let the astronauts have the powdered form – we’ll stick with freshly ground.
